Zambrów

Born in Lithuania in 1852, the son of a Rabbi. In 1872 he married the daughter of Chaim Lipa -  Rabbi of  Zambrów. He was appointed chief rabbi in Zambrów after the death of his father in law in 1882.  He was killed by the Nazis 26 August 1941.
