On the night of July 6-7, 1941. to Radziłów came farmers from surrounding villages. During the day- according to various rapports in the morning or in the afternoon – small divison of German appeared in the city, they were probably officers of Police and Security Service, led by Herman Schaper. Soon after the group of Poles equipped in firearms, sticks, axes and other tools started to evict Jews and accumulate them in the market. There ordained them to weed the market and sing soviet song "Maja Maskwa”. While working many Jews- no matter of age, gender or condition- were badly beaten.
