THE LIGHT OF MIDRASH exhitibion has been located in the women's section of Tykocin Great Syngagogue since 16 March 2019 until the end of October 2019. The exhibition's opening will fall on March 17th, 2019 at 5pm during the weekend's event called New Colours of the Synagogue. 

"The Light of Midrashes" is a sequence of comments of Torah in paintings. This way the author tries to reveal what's the most essential in Judaism, and for the whole humanity in general. Mira Żelechower-Aleksiun is the author who knows life in its all colours and understands the wisdom flowing from the books. In a very sensitive way she is able to show it all on her canvas.
