Karol Głębocki
Karol Głębocki is a
history and social studies teacher, recognized for his activism in
preserving the Jewish heritage in Poland
by both the Israeli Embassy to Poland and the Jewish Historical
Institute in Warsaw. He had initiated and coordinated cleanup works at
the Wysokie Mazowieckie’s Jewish cemetery, engaging his students for
this task. He regularly assists descendants of Jews from his area in
their quests to learn more about their and their family’s roots.
