Yiddish
Pachter? Luba
nieznany dokument
If it actually
is (פאקטשאר), it would be spoken "Paktshar" or "Faktshar", of course, the "a" also can
be an "o". "sh" can also be spoken as "s". Could also be, that the original name maybe began
with a "B", later it became a "P". Maybe Baksaer. (Some one, who came from Baksa). Or from the
Yiddish word "pakhter" (pachter)=leaseholder, tax farmer
לובה פקציז would be Luba Paktsiz, but the last character is probably bleached and was a "r" = פקציר Paktsir.
